The two most obvious benefits for me are less body aches and built in spf. I most noticed it when I ran out and had to stop taking it. Between surfing and being on roofs all day, I could tell a big difference when I stopped taking it. I noticed a huge difference in how long I could stay out without getting sunburnt. Then theres the body aches. I have had my right hip replaced and will probably do the left in the next five years.
