The question is how to cook my left over poke bowl?…if such a thing exists. I have a family of 4 so sometimes one of my kids wont finish their meal. That’s when I swoop in for the win! Once a poke bowl goes in the fridge its hard to bring it back to its fresh original form. The rice gets a bit hard and the texture of the fish isn’t as it was when you got it. The best thing to do at that point is to cook it! When it comes to fried rice in general, the options are limitless so you should use what ever is left over in the fridge.
